The Heavy-Duty Explosion-Proof Drive Wheel is designed with a reinforced structure and integrates a certified explosion-proof motor with a high-strength wheel assembly. Built to meet stringent safety standards for hazardous environments, it ensures reliable operation in industries such as mining, petrochemical, and grain processing. The explosion-proof motor delivers consistent high-torque output while effectively preventing ignition risks in flammable or explosive atmospheres. The wheel's robust construction and wear-resistant tread enable stable performance under heavy-load conditions, making it an ideal core drive solution for AGVs and mobile equipment operating in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
1.Compact structure, low noise, and high output torque.
2.Horizontal drive wheel series (named by wheel diameter in mm): covering a full range of applications with diameters of 150, 167, 198, 220, 250, 270, 300, 410, and 600.
3.Horizontal drive wheel load capacity: 600kg to 20,000kg across various series.
4.Input voltage range: 12V-96V; available in both steering and non-steering versions.
5.Optional wheel materials: polyurethane or rubber.
6.Optional motors: DC brushed, AC asynchronous, or permanent magnet servo motors, with a power range of 400W to 15KW.
7.Optional components: damping springs, limit switches, preset switches, incremental/absolute encoders, potentiometers, and other parts.
