Horizontal Drive Wheel without Steering

The horizontal drive wheel without steering features a compact design that combines high stability with flexible drive characteristics. It is especially suitable for AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), automated production lines, and logistics equipment. This product is dedicated to controlling straight-line forward and backward motion and does not offer independent steering capabilities-typically, it needs to be paired with a steering wheel or other steering components to achieve complex path control.

1.Optional parallel shaft gears and planetary reducers, offering a compact structure, low noise, and high output torque.

2.Horizontal drive wheel series (named by wheel diameter in mm): covering a full range of applications with diameters of 150, 167, 198, 210, 220, 250, 270, 280, 300, 350, 410, 500, and 600.

3.Horizontal drive wheel load capacity: 600kg to 20,000kg across various series.

4.Input voltage range: 12V-96V; this wheel does not include steering functionality.

5.Optional wheel materials: polyurethane or rubber.

6.Optional motors: DC brushed, AC asynchronous, or permanent magnet servo motors, with a power range of 400W to 15KW.

7.Optional components: damping springs, limit switches, preset switches, incremental/absolute encoders, potentiometers, and other parts.
