Introduction

Based on the horizontal drive wheel, the horizontal shock-absorbing steering wheel achieves higher load-bearing capacity and stability by integrating the spring shock-absorbing system. The spring shock-absorbing system effectively absorbs vibration, reduces operating impact, protects mechanical parts, and prolongs the service life of the equipment.

1.Optional parallel shaft gears and planetary reducers, featuring a compact structure, low noise, and high output torque.

2.Horizontal drive wheel series (named by wheel diameter in mm): covering the full range of applications with diameters of 150, 167, 198, 220, and 250.

3.Horizontal drive wheel load capacity: 500kg to 1600kg across various series.

4.Input voltage range: 12V-96V; available in both steering and non-steering versions.

5.Optional wheel materials: polyurethane or rubber.

6.Optional motors: DC brushed, AC asynchronous, or permanent magnet servo motors, with a power range of 400W to 15KW.

7.Optional components: damping springs, limit switches, preset switches, incremental/absolute encoders, potentiometers, and other parts.
