PLT Series Vertical Drive Wheel with Steering is a high-performance drive solution designed specifically for AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and industrial robots. With its compact design and extremely small turning radius, it ensures agile movement even in confined spaces. It is manufactured using high-quality materials and advanced production techniques.

1.Bevel gear transmission structure – compact design, low noise, and high output torque.

2.Vertical drive wheel series (named by wheel diameter in mm): 150, 230, 250, 310, 343, 406, 457, and 470 series covering various applications.

3.Load capacity: 500kg to 6500kg across different series.

4.Input voltage range: 12V-96V, available in both vertical drive wheel with steering and without steering.

5.Optional wheel materials: polyurethane or rubber.

6.Optional motors: DC brushed, AC asynchronous, or permanent magnet servo motors, with a power range of 400W to 16KW.

7.Optional components: shock absorption springs, limit switches, preset switches, incremental/absolute encoders, potentiometers, and other parts.

8.Custom series: explosion-proof drive wheels, low-temperature drive wheels, and high IP protection level drive wheels.
