Production Capacity and Robust Supply Chain System

Our factory spans over 10,000 square meters with an annual production capacity of 100,000 units, including motors, servo drives, and steering modules. We have established a strategic collaboration network with 100+ core suppliers, maintaining precise control over the inventory turnover rate of key components within 7 days, thereby achieving a global on-time order delivery rate exceeding 99.2%. Leveraging the MES digital system, we implement full-process visual management from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, ensuring flexible production and rapid response to customized demands, thus providing an efficient and stable supply chain guarantee for the market.

Precision Machining Workshop

 

The workshop is equipped with multiple five-axis CNC machining centers and coordinate measuring machines (with an accuracy of ±0.01mm), focusing on the high-precision machining of core components for PLT drive wheels. This includes the machining and inspection of critical components such as planetary gears and harmonic reducer housings. With gear tooth machining precision reaching ISO 5 level, these components ensure durability exceeding 20,000 hours in heavy-load AGV and special vehicle applications, meeting the demands of high-intensity industrial use.

Assembly Workshop

Led by a team of over 10 senior technicians with an average industry experience of more than 10 years, the assembly process strictly follows ISO 9001 standardized operating procedures. Key technical processes include laser calibration for motor-reducer coaxiality, dynamic clearance fine-tuning for brakes, encoder signal coupling testing, and linear calibration of torque sensors. Each assembled drive wheel undergoes 100% online quality inspection, ensuring a first-pass assembly success rate of up to 99.8%, thereby guaranteeing product reliability from the source.

Testing Workshop

The testing workshop is equipped with high–low temperature cycling chambers (-30℃ to +70℃), salt spray testers for 1000-hour neutral salt spray tests, dynamic load testing platforms, as well as precision metrology instruments and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). These precision systems-featuring measurement spindles, rotary tables, and analysis software-enable high-accuracy evaluation of dimensions and geometric tolerances such as roundness, cylindricity, and coaxiality. Together, they support 12 comprehensive performance validations, including 72-hour continuous full-load testing (150% impact load, current fluctuation < ±5%), temperature-rise–efficiency analysis (≤65K, efficiency ≥92%), IP65 protection verification, and noise testing (≤55dB no-load, ≤68dB full-load). All drive wheels, controllers, and related products must pass these rigorous quality standards before shipment to ensure long-term reliability.
