This newly launched Heavy-Duty Shock-Absorbing Horizontal Drive Wheel features a redesigned spring damping structure that sets it apart from conventional shock-absorbing horizontal wheels. The upgraded system not only delivers significantly enhanced vibration absorption and operational stability, but also ensures better load distribution across the structure, reducing stress concentration and improving overall reliability. This advanced design helps protect internal components, extend equipment service life, and provides smoother operation under heavy loads. Due to the enhanced damping configuration, this model requires a higher installation height compared to standard versions..

1.Optional parallel shaft gears and planetary reducers, featuring a compact structure, low noise, and high output torque.

2.Horizontal drive wheel series (named by wheel diameter in mm): covering the full range of applications with diameters of 150, 167, 198, 220, and 250.

3.Horizontal drive wheel load capacity: 500kg to 1600kg across various series.

4.Input voltage range: 12V-96V; available in both steering and non-steering versions.

5.Optional wheel materials: polyurethane or rubber.

6.Optional motors: DC brushed, AC asynchronous, or permanent magnet servo motors, with a power range of 400W to 15KW.
