Vertical Drive Wheel with Shock Absorption

Vertical damping steering wheel integrates a damping system on the basis of a standard steering wheel, effectively protecting high-precision cargo from vibrations during transportation and ensuring its safety. This damping system can efficiently absorb vibration energy, reduce impact forces during operation, protect the mechanical structure of the equipment, and extend its service life.

1.Bevel gear transmission structure – compact design, low noise, and high output torque.

2.Vertical damping drive wheel series (named by wheel diameter in mm): covering the 230, 250, and 310 series applications.

3. Drive wheel load capacity: 1200kg to 2500kg across different series.

4.Input voltage range: 12V-96V, available with or without steering.

5.Optional wheel materials: polyurethane or rubber.

6.Optional motors: DC brushed, AC asynchronous, or permanent magnet servo motors, with a power range of 400W to 16KW.

7.Optional components: damping springs, limit switches, preset switches, incremental/absolute encoders, potentiometers, and other parts.

8.Custom series: explosion-proof drive wheels, low-temperature drive wheels, and high IP protection level drive wheels.
