To practice our company's "people-oriented" family culture and enhance team cohesion and alignment, from November 14th to 16th, 2025, Plutools organized all employees on a three-day cultural exploration tour of "Huangshan + Hongcun + Huizhou Ancient City + Xin'an River Boat Tour". This was not only a relaxation for the body and mind but also a profound integration of the team and an immersive learning experience in culture.
Day One: Traversing Millennia, Gaining Insights from Huizhou Merchant Heritage and Wisdom
In the cool early winter air, we set off from Nantong filled with anticipation. The landscapes of Southern Anhui along the way unfolded like an ink-wash painting, gradually washing away the bustle of the city.
Our first stop was the [Huizhou Ancient City], one of China's Four Great Ancient Cities. Walking on the ancient paths paved with Qin bricks and Han tiles, gazing up at the majestic Xuguo Stone Archway, we felt as if we had traveled through time, engaging in a dialogue with ancient Huizhou. The integrity spirit of the Huizhou merchants and their philosophy of combining commerce with scholarship were silently conveyed in every building and exhibit, deeply inspiring our approach to work and conduct.
In the afternoon, we took a boat tour on the [Xin'an River]. The river water was clear, the mountain scenery emerald-green, where the ancient spectacle of "Tunpu Sailing Home" harmoniously coexisted with modern riverside landscapes. On the boat, colleagues chatted and laughed joyfully, sharing conversations, their camaraderie quietly growing amidst the beautiful scenery.
Day Two: Scaling Heights Together, Tempering Team Belief and Perseverance
On the second day of our journey, we set out for [Huangshan Scenic Area], the "No. 1 Mountain Under Heaven". This was both an exploration of nature and a tempering of team spirit.
From the welcoming gesture of the Guest-Greeting Pine, to the perseverance of climbing the Hundred-Step Ladder; from the collaboration needed to pass through One-Line Sky, to the shared triumph of reaching Bright Summit Top together... throughout the journey, the figures of Plutools people became another moving landscape of Huangshan. The helping hand from those ahead, the words of encouragement when tired, the shared joy upon successfully reaching the summit – all vividly demonstrated our team spirit of "fearing no hardship, uniting in collaboration, and pursuing excellence". When overlooking the mountain ranges and the rolling sea of clouds, we had not only conquered the peak but also forged a team strength that transcends heights.
Day Three: Dreaming in the Picture-Perfect Village, Reflecting on Craftsmanship and Sentiment
On the final day, we entered the World Cultural Heritage site of [Hongcun]. With the Moon Pond mirroring the surroundings and the South Lake painting a reflection, we marveled within this "ox-shaped" ancient village at the ancient people's wisdom in planning – conforming to nature and masterful craftsmanship – as well as the exquisite "Three Carvings" skill, which truly embodies a spirit of utmost craftsmanship.
Afterwards, we strolled through the vibrant autumn colors of [Tah Village]. The colorful Chinese tallow trees complemented the white walls and black tiles, creating a serene, poetic picture of the countryside. Everyone lingered here, capturing the intoxicating scenery and the smiles of companions with their cameras, framing the warmest memories of the journey.
Epilogue: Building on Excellent Results, Embarking on a New Journey Together
The three-day Huizhou trip concluded amidst laughter and joy. Looking back on 2025, through the joint efforts of all employees, Plutools has achieved thrilling, brilliant successes, far exceeding the performance of the same period last year! This team-building event was both a sincere gratitude and reward for past dedication, and a preparation for launching the next expedition.
The best scenery is on the road, and the best of us are at Plutools. The brief respite is for a better start. Let us return to our workstations, carrying the openness bestowed by the Huizhou landscapes, the wisdom inherited from the ancient Huizhou merchants, and the perseverance honed by climbing Huangshan, filled with even greater enthusiasm and tighter unity.
