Plutools Holds Machinery Injury Prevention Safety Training – Making Safety The Warmest Backdrop Of The Enterprise

On August 6, Plutools. organized a special training on machinery injury prevention. Through case studies, risk identification, and emergency rescue instruction, the training provided frontline employees with a profound safety education and conveyed the company's deep care for every employee's life safety and family well-being.

Learning from Cases – The Safety Alarm Rings Loud and Clear

At the outset, the trainer used several typical machinery injury accidents in the industry to sound the alarm for all staff. From workers illegally reaching into equipment operation areas and being crushed, to tragic consequences caused by missing or failed safety guards, the real cases made the atmosphere particularly somber. The trainer analyzed the direct and indirect causes of each accident one by one – unsafe acts of people and unsafe conditions of equipment often combine, while weak safety awareness, inadequate operating procedures, and insufficient safety education and training are the underlying root causes.

"Behind every accident is a broken family. Safety is not about passing inspections; it is about being responsible to our families." This remark made many participants pause and reflect. Everyone came to realize that the biggest enemy of safety is the "it won't happen to me" mentality – breaking rules does not necessarily lead to an accident, but every accident is caused by rule-breaking.

Systematic Training – Equal Emphasis on Risk Identification and Emergency Rescue

The theoretical session systematically explained the eight major forms of mechanical injury – nipping and squeezing, impact and collision, crushing, shearing, cutting and abrasion, jamming and entanglement, etc. The trainer highlighted the main hazardous parts in the actual production workshop, such as meshing points of rotating parts, rotating shafts, rotating protrusions and holes, helping employees gain a clearer understanding of the risks around them.

Regarding safety guarding, the training covered in detail the functions and applicable scenarios of five major types of protective devices – isolation guards, interlocking controls, limit safety devices, emergency stop devices, and alarm devices. The trainer repeatedly emphasized the "Four Musts" principle: every wheel must have a guard, every shaft must have a sleeve, every platform must have a railing, and every opening must have a cover. Using before‑and‑after comparison photos, employees saw firsthand the importance of proper guarding – every detail improvement is a demonstration of respect for life.

The emergency rescue session was equally practical. The trainer explained the "save life first, treat limbs second" principle, cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques, wound compression hemostasis, and proper use of tourniquets. The management standards for first‑aid kits in each workshop – monthly inspections, timely replenishment, and replacement of expired items – were also clarified, ensuring that emergency supplies are ready when needed.

People‑Centered – Safety Is the Ultimate Care

Plutoolsfirmly believes that safety is the most basic guarantee an enterprise can provide to its employees, and the greatest form of care. As a national high‑tech enterprise founded by a doctoral team from Tongji University, the company not only holds over 100 intellectual property rights including invention patents and exports products to more than 40 countries, but also spares no effort in workplace safety and employee well‑being. Protecting every employee's safety is safeguarding the company's most valuable asset.

This training not only enhanced employees' risk identification and emergency response skills, but also built a consensus that "safety is a responsibility – to ourselves and to our families." Safety production is a long and ongoing journey. Plutoolswill take this training as a new starting point to continuously improve protective facilities, refine operating procedures, conduct regular emergency drills, and integrate safety culture into every production link, making safe habits a conscious action for everyone – truly achieving the goal of "come to work happily and go home safely."
