To build an accurate and effective bridge between enterprises and educational institutions and to support the development of local industrial talent, on November 21, under the organization of the Haimen District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Director Jiang and other key leaders from the bureau, together with the leadership team of Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College, visited Plutools for an on-site inspection and exchange. This tripartite activity aims to promote the integration of the education chain, talent chain, and industrial chain, and to cultivate and supply high-quality mechanical technology talents tailored for the future development of Plutools.

Despite the winter chill, the atmosphere inside Plutools' facility was warm and vibrant. Accompanied throughout by the company's senior management, the visiting guests went deep into the front line of the production workshop. Observing the highly automated production lines, precision and efficient machining equipment, and the professional and rigorous work of employees, the guests showed strong interest, frequently pausing to watch and interact with on-site technical personnel. The Plutools team provided detailed explanations of the entire process-from core component machining to final assembly-fully demonstrating the company's solid technical strength and lean management capabilities in intelligent equipment manufacturing.

During the entire visit and discussion, the three parties held in-depth and pragmatic communication around talent co-development models. Plutools expressed its urgent need for highly skilled mechanical technicians and proposed cooperation intentions such as jointly establishing a student training base and implementing customized talent development programs. The leadership of Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College responded positively, noting that Plutools' business aligns closely with the college's mechanical and electromechanical training programs, offering broad room for cooperation.

Leaders from the Haimen District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau highly affirmed this school–enterprise matchmaking activity, emphasizing that promoting deep collaboration between enterprises and educational institutions is a key measure to serve the local economy and optimize the talent ecosystem. The bureau stated that it will continue to play the role of a bridge, fully supporting the cooperation between Plutools and the Maritime College, and looks forward to both parties transforming their consensus into concrete projects as soon as possible, jointly contributing to the high-quality development of Haimen's manufacturing industry by cultivating and providing more outstanding technical talents.
