At this conference, a series of project cooperation carried out by the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has become a major highlight. Among them, the Syrius Torch Intelligent Storage Robot Project is highly concerned. Based on the industrial advantages of Linyi City in the field of logistics, the advantages of artificial intelligence theory research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the product advantages of Syrius in the field of robotics and smart logistics, the three parties signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation at the meeting to jointly promote the comprehensive logistics of smart logistics in Linyi and even Shandong Province. Landing, jointly promote the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and industrial upgrading.

 

Since its inception, Syrius Tortoise has been committed to building a world-leading autonomous mobile robot, dedicated to the upgrading of AI's smart logistics industry. The "FlexCometTM SL-50" from Syrius Torch is a lightweight handling AMR (autonomous mobile robot) for assisted picking, featuring low cost, high flexibility and high performance. Compared to manual sorting, the intelligent picking system based on the FlexCometTM SL-50 provides 5-8 times better efficiency and greatly reduces inadvertent picking errors.
 
Unlike traditional AGVs that invest heavily in retrofitting warehouses, FlexCometTM SL-50 does not require changes to the existing warehouse environment when entering warehouse operations. The initial low input costs and out-of-the-box can help companies significantly reduce labor and management costs. Only one warehouse's architectural drawings can be deployed, and the map can be built in 15 minutes without the need to lay out a Wi-Fi network or deploy a server. At any time, it can achieve “painless” elastic expansion, and the robot cluster can be flexibly adjusted for the off-season season. In addition, the FlexCometTM SL-50 has deep learning capabilities, automatic obstacle avoidance and the ability to queue and wait in line.

 At the same time, Syrius Torch also introduced the FlexGalaxyTM intelligent storage system. Through the combination of hardware and software, the FlexCometTM autonomous mobile robot equipped with FlexGalaxyTM system is used as an “automatic conveyor belt” to allow people, robots, cargo and storage containers to access the network in data form, and implement a warehouse operation model by using a deep neural network-based algorithm. The real-time dynamic calculation finds the optimal human and material distribution plan to optimize the efficiency of the storage system.

 
Up to now, in addition to establishing cooperation with domestic e-commerce logistics companies, Syrius has opened its market in Japan, Singapore and other countries and won a large number of customers.
 
According to the cooperation agreement signed, Linyi will provide environmental support for the Syrius Torch Mobile Robot Smart Warehouse; the Linyi Branch of the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences provides relevant intelligence and talent guarantee for artificial intelligence algorithm research, and jointly organizes related technologies with Syrius Torch Star. Industrial training to jointly promote talent cultivation; Syrius will use the industry advantages of the local logistics industry to promote the smart logistics and artificial intelligence robot industry.
