With the advent of the new retail era, the traditional logistics system is accelerating change. 

 The traditional mode of operation in the automobile logistics warehouse is that the workers use the cattle (a kind of handling tool commonly used in warehouses) to fork materials, transfer in the warehouse, and the personnel input is more, and the efficiency is lower. The picking depends on the familiarity of the workers. In response to these problems, Changan Minsheng decided to accelerate the promotion of intelligent applications and build unmanned warehouses.

 
Changan Minsheng began to establish an unmanned warehouse project in April 2018. On November 10, 2018, the first phase of the unmanned warehouse was officially put into operation. Up to now, the third phase of the project has been completed. The total warehouse area is 6000 square meters and the storage location is 1469. It has invested 40 sets of AGV trolleys (warehouse handling robots) and is currently the largest unmanned warehouse for automobile logistics in China.

  The unmanned warehouse is mainly composed of a handling robot, a robot scheduling system (WCS), and a warehouse management information system (WMS). After the arrival of the auto parts, the staff will carry out the system storage, and then assign the AGV trolley to the receiving temporary storage area for parts handling and storage. When the parts have the outbound demand, the system issues instructions to the AGV car, and the AGV car moves to the designated location to carry it to the delivery crossing, and then the manual parts are shipped.

 
The unmanned warehouse has basically eliminated the phenomenon of mis-sorting and sorting through multi-path planning, multi-task distribution, traffic dynamic management, storage optimization, application storage management, robot scheduling and other information systems, realizing the FIFO first-in-first-out, and solving Many pain points in the past: high temperature in summer, unsuitable for personnel operation; long working path; large workload, high labor intensity, low per capita efficiency, etc., and also allow customers to more clearly grasp the inventory information, and greatly improve the efficiency and timeliness of operation. The unmanned warehouse project can save 25 people and save 20 cattle, while basically eliminating the phenomenon of wrong picking and missing. After the unmanned warehouse is online, it can save the company 2 million yuan per year.
 
The person in charge of Changanmin Biological Flow said that he hopes to be able to create a “light-off warehouse”. The site does not need manual processing at all, so the entire warehouse is dark, objects and equipment are connected to each other, and the robot automatically processes the goods according to the system and receiving signals. In addition, the unmanned warehouse will continue to upgrade, using RFID technology applications, to achieve automatic transportation of equipment such as AGV, unmanned home, machine intelligent identification and return, picking and so on.
