Exports from 11 of the 14 major sub-sectors increased, up from 10 in January-February. Among them, the export of agricultural machinery, food packaging equipment and robotics and intelligent manufacturing industry increased by more than 10%, the export growth of machine tools, mechanical basic parts and other civil machinery industries was around 5%, and the export growth of other industries was around 1%. In response to the new changes and new challenges, Wu Shuang, a researcher at the mechanics think tank, suggested that machinery companies should promote technological transformation and commercial capacity building in a step-by-step manner to achieve transformation and upgrading. For example, for enterprises that have achieved efficient production under the traditional model, they should explore new business formats and new models to enhance economies of scale and efficiency by integrating internal and external resources. For small and micro enterprises, it is necessary to improve leanness and standardization. .
“A lot of companies think that they need to engage in intelligent manufacturing when they think about transformation and upgrading, but we are against blind intelligent manufacturing.” Wu Shuang said that information technology is based on a lean management system, and intelligentization is based on the deployment of information-based facilities.
